Can I cancel the order after it is placed?
While there is no option for customer to cancel the order on their own once the payment is made, you can get in touch with any Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your amount.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Yes, you can modify an order until it has gone into processing, for which you should get in touch with Customer Care or mail us to support@booksnyou.com .

How do I return the product if it is defective/damaged?
In case the product received has any defect, please notify us on support@booksnyou.com or call us on our Customer Care phone number +91-88-02575606 with your order no. within 72 hours of receiving the product. We offer our customers a No-Questions-Asked Returns Policy under which we will accept returns requests placed within 7 days of delivery of shipment.

How do I redeem a coupon?
You can redeem the coupons while you buy the product. Here is how you can redeem it:

Select the product, size and quantity.

Click on the ‘Buy Now’ button. A page with the sections 'discount coupon section' and 'your shopping cart' will appear.

Type the coupon code in the 'discount coupon section' and click ‘Redeem’. On successful validation of the coupon entered, the cart total should update in 'Your shopping cart' section.

Click on ‘Buy Now’ to proceed and make the payment.
How will I know if order is placed successfully?
You will receive an email confirmation from Booksnyou once your order is successfully placed. This mail will have all the details related to your order.
How do I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order by following steps:

Log on to your account by signing in.

Hold your mouse pointer over your login name that appears at the top right of our website’s header. Click on the link to My Account

Click on the “My Orders” section on the My Account page.

Your orders are displayed here with the last ordered appearing first.

Order details shown here would include order contents, order status and tracking information (for all shipped orders).
How can I track my product shipment?
Orders once processed and shipped can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number. A mail is sent to the customer after the order is shipped with this tracking number along with the service provider. In order to track the order:

Type in the tracking number provided in the order shipment mail in the Tracking section of the left panel.
