What are the shipping charges?
Booksnyou offers free shipping within India on all products above Rs 100. Otherwise add Rs.30.
For International Shipment, international Shipping charges applied.
How long will it take to receive the ordered products?
We attempt to process every order and ship within 48 hrs. Exact shipping time depends on the availability of certain products and will be communicated during the process of ordering. Depending upon your location within India, post ordering this should take overall 3-5 days to get delivered.
What are the payment options available at Booksnyou?

What credit cards are supported ?
We accept all MasterCard and Visa credit cards.
What other payment options are available?
We accept Internet Banking and ITZ cash payments too. You may also pay using Demand Draft or Cheque. Please ensure that the cheque is in the name of "Booksnyou" payable at New Delhi. Please send the cheque along with the book requirements to our mailing address given here. In case of Cheque payments the orders will be processed only when the cheque is cleared by our Bank.
Do you provide Cash On Delivery (COD) payment option? How can I buy using COD option?
Yes, Booksnyou offers you the option to pay cash on delivery of products.
Here are steps to place order using COD option:
Add your item(s) to the Shopping Cart and proceed to Payments page.
Select the 'Cash on Delivery' option.
Please take care to ensure that you have entered your correct mobile number as part of your shipping address. We may use this number in case we need to confirm or verify any details.
Once your CAPTCHA response is verified, your order will be automatically placed and an email will be sent to you confirming the order.
On receiving your consignment, please pay the invoice amount in cash to the courier delivery person.
Note: Please have enough cash ready to make the payment on the expected date of delivery (specified on the order confirmation mail)
Can I cancel the order after it is placed?
While there is no option for customer to cancel the order on their own once the payment is made, you can get in touch with any Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your amount.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Yes, you can modify an order until it has gone into processing, for which you should get in touch with Customer Care or mail to support@booksnyou.com .
How do I return the product if it is defective damaged?
In case the product received has any defect, please notify us on support@booksnyou.com or call us on our 24x7 Customer Carephone number +91-88-02575606 with your order no. within 72 hours of receiving the product. We offer our customers a No-Questions-Asked Returns Policy under which we will accept returns requests placed within 72 hours of delivery of shipment.
How will I know if order is placed successfully?
You will receive an email confirmation from Booksnyou once your order is successfully placed. This mail will have all the details related to your order.
How do I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order by following steps:
Log on to your account by signing in.
Go to My account section.
Click on the “My Orders” section on the My Account page.
Your orders are displayed here with the last ordered appearing first.
Order details shown here would include order contents, order status and tracking information (for all shipped orders).
Is it safe to use my credit card?
Yes, shopping at Booksnyou.com is 100% safe. All payments are processed through the EBS payment gateway that interface with various banks. EBS uses the latest encryption technology to protect your credit card information. It encrypts your credit card number so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.
Furthermore, Payment gateway also asks you to enter the CVV (Credit Verification Value) number on your credit card. This is a 3 digit number which follows your credit card number and is given at the back of the card to ensure that the person entering the card number has the physical plastic card with him/her.
