We provide option of our payment gateways which process all credit card and net banking transactions over secure encrypted connection

We accept all MasterCard and Visa credit cards.

What other payment options are available?

We accept Internet Banking and ITZ cash payments too. You may also pay using Demand Draft or Cheque. Please ensure that the cheque is in the name of "Booksnyou" payable at New Delhi. Please send the cheque along with the book requirements to our mailing address given here. In case of Cheque payments the orders will be processed only when the cheque is cleared by our Bank.

Payments by Demand Draft/Cheque/Money Order

You can make the DD or Cheque in favour of "Booksnyou" payable at par in New Delhi and send it to us at the address given below:

In case of cheque payments, orders will be processed only after clearance of the cheque. We accept cheques which are payable "at par" at New Delhi
Do make sure that your item is NOT shown as Out of Stock on booksnyou.com before you send us your payment. 

If the value of your order is less that Rs. 199/-, add Rs. 50/- as shipping charges. We will process your order upon receiving your payment and your item(s) will be couriered to you, or sent by Government Registered Post if there is no Courier Service operational in your area. 

Enclose a covering letter with the details of your product (name of book/CD, author) your Shipping Address, Phone Number and Email Address. Kindly also send us an email informing us that you have sent your DD/Cheque. It will help us process your order quicker. 

What should I do if my payment fails?

In case of payment failure, please retry ensuring:

• Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password(in case of Net banking)
• Your internet connection is not disrupted in the process

What is Cash on Delivery?

Cash-on-Delivery (C-o-D) is an alternate method of purchasing from us, other than Online (By Credit/Debit card and Netbanking) and Cheque/DD/Money Order. In the C-o-D payment terms or C-o-D service, you pay at the time of the actual delivery, rather than paying in advance.

Do you provide Cash On Delivery (COD) payment option? How can I buy using COD option?

Yes, Booksnyou offers you the option to pay cash on delivery of products. 
Here are steps to place order using COD option:

• Add your item(s) to the Shopping Cart and proceed to Payments page.
• Select the 'Cash on Delivery' option.
• Please take care to ensure that you have entered your correct mobile number as part of your shipping address. We may use this number in case we need to confirm or verify any details.
• Next, enter the CAPTCHA code as shown. (CAPTCHA is an alphanumeric code that is presented in the form of an image, and is used to prevent automated order placement.)
• Once your CAPTCHA response is verified, your order will be automatically placed and an email will be sent to you confirming the order.
• On receiving your consignment, please pay the invoice amount in cash to the courier delivery person.

Note: Please have enough cash ready to make the payment on the expected date of delivery (specified on the order confirmation mail)

Terms & Conditions for Cash On Delivery (COD) payment

• COD is available for orders above Rs. 199 and upto Rs. 10,000 & charges Rs 50 per item.
• Your delivery address should be under serviceable network of our courier partner. Please enter correct pin code only to ensure delivery.
• Please pay in cash only and do NOT offer cheque or DD to the courier staff. If, however, you are in a location serviced by our logistic, you may be offered the option to pay through credit/debit card at the time of delivery via a handheld device. In case of availability of such an option, you will be duly informed by our staff before delivery attempt.

Please do NOT pay for any additional charges etc. to courier staff. Your invoice amount is inclusive of all charges.
