What are the shipping charges?

Booksnyou offers free shipping within India on all products above Rs 199. Otherwise add Rs.50.

For International Shipment, international Shipping charges applied.

How long will it take to receive the ordered products?

We attempt to process every order and ship within 48 hrs. Exact shipping time depends on the availability of certain products and will be communicated during the process of ordering. Depending upon your location within India, post ordering this should take overall 3-5 days to get delivered.

What will be the mode of delivery?

Booksnyou has partnered with major courier companies for shipment of products in India. Depending upon your location and reach, we also employ other domestic but reliable service providers to deliver products.

Do you accept international credit cards on Booksnyou?

Our overseas customers and Non Resident Indians can use their International credit cards to make payments for their orders. We accept all credit cards.

What other payment options are available?

We accept Internet Banking and ITZ cash payments too. You may also pay using Demand Draft or Cheque. Please ensure that the cheque is in the name of "Booksnyou" payable at New Delhi. Please send the cheque along with the book requirements to our mailing address given here. In case of Cheque payments the orders will be processed only when the cheque is cleared by our Bank.

What should I do if my payment fails?

In case of payment failure, please retry ensuring:

• Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password(in case of Net banking)
• Your internet connection is not disrupted in the process

Do you provide Cash On Delivery (COD) payment option? How can I buy using COD option?

Yes, Booksnyou offers you the option to pay cash on delivery of products. 
Here are steps to place order using COD option:

• Add your item(s) to the Shopping Cart and proceed to Payments page.
• Select the 'Cash on Delivery' option.
• Please take care to ensure that you have entered your correct mobile number as part of your shipping address. We may use this number in case we need to confirm or verify any details.
• Once your CAPTCHA response is verified, your order will be automatically placed and an email will be sent to you confirming the order.
• On receiving your consignment, please pay the invoice amount in cash to the courier delivery person.

Note: Please have enough cash ready to make the payment on the expected date of delivery (specified on the order confirmation mail)
